All items are baked to order and vacuum-sealed or flash-frozen before being shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain bakery-fresh quality.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan cupcakes and cookies. Please note that while we follow strict cleaning protocols, our facility also processes wheat, dairy, and nuts.
What is your shipping policy for perishable items?
We ship nationwide via overnight or 2-day express shipping to ensure your treats arrive fresh. We typically ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely! During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date from our calendar to ensure your treats arrive perfectly timed for birthdays or special events.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my treats once they arrive?
Most of our baked goods can be kept at room temperature for 2-3 days. For longer storage, we recommend freezing them in an airtight container for up to three months.
